In regards to B-BBEE, we bring a balance of strategy development, the transformation of the organisation, BEE tactical implementation and support. In this regard the process often unfolds in a phased manner i.e.:
Phase one includes the collection of information to assess the current compliance status and the development and presentation of a strategy;
Phase two is targeted at the implementation and continuous monitoring of the strategy with tactical adjustments based on prevailing conditions whether internal or external to the company;
Phase three is the culmination of all the work in phases 1 and 2 when the verification of the company’s B-BBEE compliance status by a SANAS accredited Verification Agency occurs which results in the issuing of a B-BBEE Verification Certificate.
